Surviving the Holidays: Finding Hope and Healing During a Difficult Season | Sunday, Nov 16 at 3:00-5:00 p.m.

The loss of a friend or loved one can make the holidays an especially painful and overwhelming time. If you’re feeling the weight of grief this season, you don’t have to face it alone.
Please join us for Surviving the Holidays, a compassionate and practical gathering designed to help you navigate the unique challenges that come with the holiday season after loss.
Together, we’ll talk about:
How to handle the many emotions that may surface during the holidays
What to do about traditions and other changes that feel difficult
Helpful tips for managing social gatherings and family events
Ways to find hope and healing as you look toward the future
Whether your loss is recent or from years past, this time offers space to share, reflect, and find comfort in the company of others who understand.
All are welcome to attend.
